1. Returns and Exchanges

  • 1.1. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that the dresses are unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and tags.
  • 1.2. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • 1.3. Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. The actual money to reflect in your credit card depends on your bank processing time.

2. Damages and Defects

  • 2.1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective dress, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • 2.2. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the resolution process.
  • 2.3. Damaged or defective items must be returned to us in accordance with our return policy outlined in section 1.
